Fixed booths are hard to clean behind and impossible to rearrange. The Roll-Out looks like a standard fixed booth, but four casters are hidden under a deep base skirt, showing only the lower half of each wheel, and a recessed metal handle is set into the back. One staff member can roll it out to mop the wall line, or reposition it for a catering event or a seasonal layout.
Construction. Plywood and hardwood frame with a reinforced base for the casters, high-resilience foam, contract vinyl or fabric, recessed handle in the back, metal top trim. Casters can be specified with brakes, and the booth can be fixed in position with brackets where your code official requires booths to be secured.
Where it works. Food halls, cafes that host events, rooms that are deep-cleaned weekly, and spaces that change layout seasonally.
Floors. Specify caster treads to suit the floor: softer treads on tile and wood to avoid marking, harder treads on sealed concrete.
