The Navy Rib Piped Banquette is built for chain fast casual: a strong color, a clean outline, and a seat that does not wear out all at once. The back is four horizontal channels in navy vinyl, edged top and sides in mustard piping. The seat is split into three cushions, so the busiest middle position can be replaced without touching the other two.
Construction. Hardwood and plywood frame; channel back in high-resilience foam with contract vinyl; three loose-lay seat cushions on a plywood deck; base wrapped in walnut-tone laminate and lifted on short brass-finish feet with levelling inserts.
Cleaning. The feet raise the base enough to see dirt and run a mop along the front edge. Piping covers seam lines where crumbs would otherwise collect.
Replacement cost. A single seat cushion is a small spare part to stock per store. Base laminate is replaceable panel by panel.
Where it works. Burger and chicken chains, fast casual dining rooms with a brand color, and wall runs opposite loose chairs.
Options. Vinyl and piping colors, number of seat sections, back height, base finish, single or double-sided. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
