This booth is lifted off the floor on a black steel frame, so it reads lighter than a plinth booth and leaves open floor underneath for cleaning. The back is divided into three wide horizontal channels, framed by slim upholstered wings, and the seat is one long cushion in a warm beige vinyl.
A slotted steel apron runs under the front of the seat. It stiffens the frame and keeps the lower edge of the vinyl clear of shoes.
Construction. Square-tube steel base, powder coated black, with adjustable floor glides; plywood and hardwood seat and back frame bolted on top; HR foam with contract vinyl.
Cleaning. A mop passes straight under the seat. No plinth means no plinth corners collecting debris.
Replacement cost. The upholstered body unbolts from the steel base, so either part can be replaced on its own.
Where it works. Fast casual rooms with light, airy interiors, cafe walls, and patio areas when specified in exterior-grade vinyl and coating.
