When a booth frame is still sound but the covers are worn, replacing the whole booth is the expensive option. The Booth Refresh Kit replaces only the parts guests touch. Laid out in the first photo: a vertical channel back, a matching channel seat, a long top cap, two end panels and a small box of fixing hardware, all in one brown vinyl.
The second photo shows how it ships: flat cartons with the cushions bagged, next to a booth of the type they fit.
How it works. You send us the existing booth dimensions or drawings and photos of the fixings. We build the panels to match, on new plywood boards with fresh foam, so they bolt onto your existing frames.
Construction. Plywood backing boards; HR foam; channels individually filled; contract vinyl; fixing clips and screws supplied.
Why it pays. A refresh is a fraction of the volume and freight of a full booth, and the fit-out can be done store by store overnight without closing the dining room.
Where it works. QSR and diner chains mid-lease, franchisees refreshing to a new brand palette, and any operator whose booths look tired but are structurally sound.
Options. Plain, channel or tufted panels; any vinyl color. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
