Plain back, plain seat, black vinyl, black plinth. The Plainback Standard Booth is the booth most fast food rooms actually need: nothing to snag, nothing to trap crumbs, and a cover that a crew member can wipe in under a minute.
It is single-sided, so it goes against a wall or a partition. Order a double-sided version for back-to-back runs down the middle of the room.
Construction. Hardwood and plywood frame; seat on a plywood deck with high-resilience foam; back pad with a rolled top edge; contract vinyl throughout; recessed laminate plinth with levelling feet.
Cleaning. One flat surface per side. The recessed plinth keeps mop heads off the vinyl, and the welt along the seat edge protects the corner that wears first.
Replacement cost. Seat and back are separate upholstered units. Because this spec is so simple, re-covering is quick and replacement parts are easy to match across stores.
Where it works. Fast food and QSR chains, school and campus dining, diners and casual pubs on a tight fit-out budget.
Options. Any contract vinyl color, length from 2 to 4 seats, back height, double-sided. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
