This set is the smallest revenue unit in a fast casual room: one square table and two chairs on roughly 25 sq ft of floor, push-back space included. The chairs pair a light oak frame with a framed cane panel in the back and a padded sage-green seat. The table has a white stone-look top edged with a light oak lip, carried on a black column and a square foot plate.
Construction. Solid hardwood chair frames with glued mortise-and-tenon joints and clear PU lacquer; cane woven into a rebated back frame; seat pad in high-resilience foam with contract vinyl on a plywood base. The table top is sintered stone or high-pressure laminate with a hardwood edge, on a steel column and plate base with levelling glides.
Cleaning. The vinyl seat wipes down between turns, and the single column leaves the floor under the table open for a mop. The cane sits in the back, away from spills.
Replacement cost. Seat pads unscrew from below and can be re-covered on their own; the top bolts to the base, so a chipped top is swapped without the column.
Where it works. Bakery cafes, coffee-led breakfast concepts and the window line of a bowl shop, where two-tops push together for a party of four.
Options. Seat color, wood tone, top material, table from 24 in to 30 in square. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
