The Tweed Frame Chair is the softest option in our quick-turn range without losing the open frame that keeps cleaning fast. A thick upholstered seat and a rounded back cushion, both in a multi-tone rust tweed, sit inside a dark-stained wood frame with straight legs and low side stretchers.
Construction. Solid hardwood frame with dark stain and PU lacquer; seat on a plywood base with high-resilience foam; back cushion upholstered separately and fixed between the rear uprights.
Cleaning. The gap between back and seat means crumbs drop through to the floor instead of lodging in a seam. Woven tweed hides marks well but needs vacuuming and spot cleaning; for counters with heavy sauces, specify a performance fabric with a stain-resistant finish or a contract vinyl.
Replacement cost. Seat and back are separate upholstered parts, so each can be re-covered or swapped on its own.
Where it works. Fast casual and fast-fine dining rooms that want a softer, more residential feel: cafe-bakeries, all-day brunch concepts, hotel grab-and-go dining and quieter food hall corners.
Options. Fabric (tweed, performance fabric, vinyl), color, stain, glides. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
Note. Wood frame; does not stack.
