A fully assembled booth ships mostly air. This booth comes as a knock-down kit that packs flat, cuts freight volume and gets through narrow doors in mall and street units.
The photo shows every part: a black vinyl back panel with vertical channels and steel hanging brackets on its rear face, the upholstered seat on its plywood deck, an open plywood base box with internal cross members, a black kick plate, bolts, connector plates and a hex key, plus the cartons they travel in.
Assembly. The base box goes down first and is levelled; the seat drops onto it; the back hangs on its brackets; the kick plate covers the front. Two people, a hex key and no glue.
Construction. Birch plywood base with screwed and doweled joints; HR foam and contract vinyl; steel brackets and connector plates.
Replacement cost. Every part is replaceable separately, and the same base box takes a different seat or back later.
Where it works. Franchise rollouts, units with tight access, and operators who move or refit stores and want to take their booths with them.
Options. Back style, vinyl color, length, single or double-sided. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
